Surprise!!

March has been a fun month! We started out by visiting good friends in Shelby NC. Stayed a few days, ate at my most favorite mexican restaurant and had great girl time.

Then it was off to STL to surprise Grammy and the family. (Can you believe I actually kept that a secret from her?!?) It was just the boys and I, and yes we drove! Pretty much a spur of the moment decision-Chad and I felt this would be a good time since I'm not huge yet and can still travel without being miserable. Nathan and Cameron were very well behaved in the car all day long. Such little troopers. Chad's mom, Grammy, nearly fell on the floor when she came home and we were there to meet her. The kids were so excited to see Grammy and Poppy after such a long day. I'm sure they were convinced we would never arrive.

The trip highlights included a fishing trip for Nate, Grammy, and Poppy to Branson MO, a zoo day, visiting with my family and a few friends, and visiting my home church Calvary Baptist of Edwardsville IL for a couple Sundays.
