Shhh, it's naptime. I have a million other things I could be doing instead of posting, but this is so relaxing. Heather, Missy, and I had a great visit. I know the kids had fun, we wore them out. Above is a picture of all six of them at the park. Aren't they cute? Thanks for coming girls. It's always fun being together. I sure did get worn out! It took me two days to recover from our partying ( staying up til midnight, watching movies, eating sweets, and drinking way too much caffeine:)
Today started out wet and then the sun came out. Yeah! Nathan has been begging to go 'side' all morning. I let him play on the deck but not in the grass. We may go on a walk or to the park when Daddy gets home.
In other news, Cameron was dropped today. Poor little guy. His safe world turned upside down, no thanks to his big brother. I had laid Cameron down on a blanket on the couch, turned my back for a second to throw a diaper in the trash, and rushed back into the room when I heard a crash and then Cameron howling. Nathan was looking on as his brother was on the floor crying. Thank God, Cameron is ok. His pupils are equal, round, reactive to light. He was scared more than anything. His mama was scared too! Looking back, the only scenario that makes sense is that Nathan tried to pick Cameron up, he turned and dropped him on the floor. Well I guess so! Cameron is half Nathan's entire weight! Guess I can't blame Nate...Cameron does look like a fun baby doll to play with...Cameron probably wanted to swing and Nate was going to help him out:)
I hope all you Mamas out there have a wonderful Mother's Day. Make memories with your little ones that will last a lifetime. Mothering is hard work--pat yourselves on the back. (and eat some extra calories, you have my permission:)
Here are a few pictures of the kids this week.
Rub a dub dub, three men in
the tub. (that's bath foam on
their heads--don't they look
like little cupcakes?) left to
right: Nathan B., Ian and
Nathan G.
Emma, Bella, and Nathan B.
Nathan is giving Bella love.
Not sure she is down with
that! Good girl, Bell. Boys
are yucky.
Emma and Cameron.
Such a little mama!

P.S. Although you will still have to make the cheesecake. :)
Joy - I LOVE the layout on your site. I'm going to have to learn how you ladies do these pretty custom pages. Your story reminded me of one night I had finished feeding Wy (she was still little tiny) in the rocker and we both fell asleep, she snuggled up on the boppy, and the next thing I know I hear a thud and she had rolled off into the floor. I could have died!
